At PPMC, our top priority is providing exceptional care to our patients. To ensure your safety and security during your stay, we would like to remind you of the following rules and regulations:
    • Senior Citizens and individuals below twenty-one (21) years old are not allowed to be designated as patient’s watcher. Only ONE (1) watcher is allowed regardless of room classification.
    • Generally, senior citizen (sixty (60) years old and below) and children above twelve (12) years old are allowed to visit their sick loved ones EXCEPT for:
            INFECTIOUS CASES
            PROHIBITED BY THE PHYSICIAN
            WARD
    • For visitors, please maintain a quiet environment. Refrain from shouting or laughing loudly in the hallways and rooms to avoid disturbance to other patients.
    • PPMC implements “NO SMOKING and NO VAPING” policy within hospital premises (including the driveway). Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the hospital premises.
    • Bringing of PETS is NOT ALLOWED inside the hospital.
    • All bags and packages may be subjected for inspection by our Security Personnel before and after entering PPMC premises
    • Firearms and other deadly weapons must be deposited to our Security Personnel, and a receipt shall be issued.
    • Appliances requiring electrical consumption must be logged in by the Security Personnel and shall be charged the necessary fees before it can be used inside the hospital.
    • Foods and drinks ordered from outside establishments may be allowed. For security reasons, messengers are not allowed to deliver them to the patient’s rooms, instead shall be deposited and picked up at the hospital lobby.
    • Cleanliness should be observed by properly using our trashcans provided in our rooms. Avoid throwing anything in the toilet bowls to prevent clogging. Our housekeeping services shall be available at all times to assist you in your needs.
    • Designated areas for patients parking is provided by PPMC.
    • Vehicles must be locked and secured by patients/relatives. PPMC management shall not be liable and responsible for any loss/damage of such
    • Trays, plates, soup bowls, used in serving patients meals must be placed inside the room and will be collected by our Dietary staff on a scheduled basis.
    • Please do not bring, or keep valuables in your room. Always keep your personal belongings with you. PPMC management shall not be liable for any losses inside your rooms. However, the management will ensure that strict security measures shall be instituted at all times.
    • Please report any suspicious looking people that you may notice during your stay to any PPMC personnel. Our personnel have prescribed uniforms and identification tag.
    • Please help ensure silence and order by encouraging your visitors to observe visiting hours. This would allow other patients privacy and rest.
    • For your personal safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire exits near you. An evacuation planis provided in your room. Rest assured however that our personnel are adequately prepared to deal with such emergencies.
    • 19.In our effort to improve our services, we encourage you to spend time in filling up our evaluation forms prior to your discharge. We will very much appreciate your truthful comments and suggestions.
